Really good Stay! Close to Everything

friendly staff early check-in excellent location clean bathroom

The staff was very friendly. They allowed me to check in early. I liked that I could keep my bags after checking out. The bathroom was clean, and I really loved the shower. It was so well maintained and lovely! The hotel is in a perfect location with very quick access to the Metro.

I had to leave the key at reception every time I left the hotel.

Service

10/10

The front desk staff were very informative, kind, and always available. They were quick to help with any requests and gave excellent directions to nearby attractions. I really appreciated their attentiveness and positive attitude.

An elevator offers access to all floors. I was happy to find a mini fridge inside my room, a nice extra. There were also tea and coffee making facilities, that was also great.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

friendly staff excellent location

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent with plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. It was also a one minute walk to M3 and M11 metro lines (convenient!). The George Pompidou Centre is a ten minute walk away.

The hotel publishes that they have parking in the hotel and that was one of the reasons it was chosen. there is no parking at the facility and we parked in a parking near by with a high extra cost. When I asked the lobby service about it he answered impatiently saying the parking is near by but not in the hotel. We were very disappointed.

The staff were helpful, they promptly provided a vase for flowers. The hotel's proximity to the metro station was a definite plus. The room included a working fridge. I found the neighborhood quiet at night,.

The breakfast area felt somewhat cramped due to its location in the basement.

Dining

Breakfast featured a good selection, including fresh items and options like soy milk. The breakfast buffet offered various choices. the space available during peak hours was limited. The service started early. This helped accommodate early departures.

Location
